Where to Get Help With the Numbers

When a panel does not match what you see on the broadcast, we want to hear it. Send the match, the innings and the figure you think is wrong through live chat inside your account, and our support team will check the feed against the source panel. You do not need money in your wallet to ask. For market questions — how a tie settles, why a bet was voided — use the same chat and quote your ticket reference. A screenshot helps far more than a description, so attach one if you can.

In-Account Live Chat

Open chat from the help icon while you are logged in. Send the match name, innings and the panel you are reading so we can trace the feed line.

Feed Correction Request

Spot a strike rate that looks off? Attach a screenshot and the over number. Our desk checks it against the source we pull from and updates the panel.

Market Settlement Help

For a cricket bet that settled oddly, quote your ticket reference in chat. We walk you through how the result was read against the match feed.

FEED DISCIPLINE

How the ft9999 Stats Hub Stays Accountable

We do not fill gaps with estimates. If a feed has not delivered a figure, the panel shows a dash and waits until it does. Each block names the source feed it draws from, so you can compare it against the scorecard you are already following. Corrections go in as soon as the source updates, not on a fixed clock. The hub also carries no predicted scores and no implied tips — what you read is match data, and the decisions stay with you.

Source Label on Every Panel

Each block carries the feed name and the last update time, so you can tell a fresh figure from a stale one before you act on it.

No Guesswork Fill

Where a provider feed does not expose a number, the panel stays empty. We would rather show a blank than a figure we cannot trace back.

Correction Path

Reported errors are logged with the match and the over. Once the source feed matches your report, the panel changes and chat tells you it has.

Plain Market Rules

Cricket markets show how a result is read — tie, washout, retirement — in the same panel as the numbers, written in plain words rather than terms you have to decode.

What the ft9999 Stats Hub Puts in Front of You

The hub gathers the figures we think you actually use: current run rate against required rate, strike rates by batter, bowling figures by over block, head-to-head results, toss outcomes at the ground you are watching, and short reads on how the pitch has behaved. Each panel sits beside the cricket markets we list, so on a BPL night in Dhaka you can

move from a stat line to a market without opening a second tab. Numbers refresh from the match feed as play moves. If a figure looks wrong, message support with the match name and the panel.

Cricket Stats Terms, Put Simply

Cricket shorthand can cost you a minute when you are scanning a panel mid-chase. The definitions below cover the words our hub leans on most: run rate, required rate, strike rate, head-to-head, toss effect, and the abandoned-match line you may see beside a market. Each one explains the number itself, not what to do with it — nothing here predicts a result.

What does run rate mean in cricket stats?

Runs scored divided by overs faced. It tells you how quickly a side is scoring, and the hub places it beside the required rate once a chase starts.

What is required run rate?

The runs per over a chasing side still needs to reach the target. We recalculate it after every over so you watch the gap change, not a single pre-match figure.

How is strike rate worked out?

Runs divided by balls faced, then multiplied by 100. A batter on 40 from 30 balls reads 133.33, and the hub shows that figure for each batter.

What does head-to-head show on the hub?

Results between the two sides across their past meetings, split by ground where the feed allows it. It records what happened, not a forecast of what comes next.

What is toss impact?

The split between sides that batted or bowled first after winning the toss at a ground, and how those matches ended. It reads past record only; no prediction is made.

What does washout mean next to a cricket market?

The match was abandoned before a result. How that affects a market depends on the rules printed on your ticket, so read that line before assuming anything.

Questions We Get About Cricket Stats

Most of what reaches our chat is about panels loading, which competitions we follow, and how the hub sits next to the markets. So the answers live here, written the way we say them at the desk. If yours is not listed, the chat icon inside your account reaches a person rather than a queue that goes quiet. We keep these short on purpose — you are usually reading them between overs.

Sign in, tap the cricket tab, then the hub icon beside the fixture you have picked. Panels open in the same window, so you can go back to the market without losing your place.

The feed covers the BPL, international formats and the franchise leagues we list markets for. If a fixture sits in our cricket tab, its stats panel usually opens with it.

No. The hub opens for any signed-in account, funded or not. You only need a balance when you want to take a cricket market, and funding runs through bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

The source feed has not delivered that figure yet, or it does not expose it at all. We leave the space blank rather than fill it with a guess.

Yes. Read the panels first, then open Cricket Expert Bets from the cricket tab and place your call on the fixture. The stats stay one tap back while the game loads.

It keeps the record of what was played — overs bowled, runs scored — and marks the fixture abandoned. Markets settle by the rule printed on your ticket, so check that line.
